Beta notice

What beta means here

NorthstarFI is in active development. Beta access gives you early access to the full planning experience while we refine calculations, tighten reliability, and improve clarity before wider rollout.

What may change

Features, calculations, contribution limits, planning assumptions, labels, access tiers, and visual treatments may be updated during the beta period. The product experience is still evolving, and you may notice changes between sessions.

Saved planning history and account data are handled carefully and are not treated as disposable. However, the behavior, structure, and presentation of the product around that data may still shift as the beta matures.

How to use beta outputs

Beta outputs — projections, readiness scores, scenario comparisons, and confidence indicators — are useful for organizing your thinking, testing workflows, and understanding how the product approaches planning. They should not be treated as the sole basis for material financial decisions.

All outputs are planning estimates, not guarantees. During beta, the underlying model may still be refined, which means results from the same inputs today could differ after a product update. Review any planning output independently before acting on it. See the financial disclaimer for a full description of model limitations and liability.

Sending feedback

Feedback from beta users directly improves the product. The most useful feedback describes a specific workflow, a confusing label, an unexpected result, or a planning scenario the app handles poorly.

To send feedback, sign in and use the contact page. Signed-in messages are routed to the admin team with your account context attached, which makes it easier to reproduce and address the issue without back-and-forth.
